Watkins Ranch Home of Watkins Quarter Horses and Watkins Beagles

Welcome to the BAR W RANCH / WATKINS RANCH located in the
small town of Lake Village, Arkansas, home of beautiful Lake Chicot.
We are located in Southeast Arkansas, 30 miles west of Greenville,
MS and 150 miles south of Little Rock, AR. We are home to Watkins
Quarter Horses and Watkins Beagles.

The BAR W RANCH has been raising and breeding AQHA
Registered Quarter Horses since 1978. We raise AQHA Registered
horses that excel in the arena in barrel racing, pole bending,
quadrangles, flag race, arena race, calf roping, team penning,
heading, heeling, reining, working cow horse and many other events.

WATKINS BEAGLES have been raising and breeding AKC and CKC
registered Beagles since 2000. We raise a few litters of quality
beagle puppies each year. We keep some of the puppies for our own
personal hunting and running experiences and we offer some to the
public for their enjoyment. We concentrate on the Blackcreek and
Boggy Holler Bloodlines.
